In a way this perpetuates the tradition of women slavery to happiness. On the videos a women is ironic to those tradicional Christian parties. She makes fun of that social class “of appearances.”

She points the finger at the domestic subjection and the biological destiny to which she has been led by society as a new kind of self-violence –depression and excesses- as a means to avoid a social mandate.

She questions the idea of self-blame in the face of the failure in marriage. She bleeds out of pain. She pays off debts with her mourning of love. She becomes empowered. She is free and autonomous. From the clarity of her experience with failure she declares her political and philosophical position.
